StockX Return And Exchange Rules
1. Quality issues. If the shoes are damaged during transportation, please take a picture and send the picture to our customer service staff, we will take full responsibility for the quality problem. We do not accept items that with any quality problem which is due to subjective awareness of defective goods.
2. Ordinary shoe box is damaged, we do not provide any compensation. If you find that your special shoe box is damaged when you receive the package (the shoe box purchased at a premium), please contact our customer service staff as soon as possible and send a photo of the damaged shoe box. 3. If your package is intercepted by the customs, we will send a new package to you again. (But we will only resend it once)
4. We do not accept the return of any items used, damaged, engraved or altered by a third party.
